Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Refunds Work

Attileo Leather issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

• Is canceled by Attileo Leather
• Item(s) proved to bereceived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Attileo Leather will take 3-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.
