All products sold by Attileo Leather are made-to-measure and crafted to your individual body measurements. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
What we do cover — 14-day defect/error window
If your item arrives defective, incorrect (wrong item shipped), or does not match the measurements you submitted at the time of order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or measurement discrepancy
Remedy
Our primary remedy is a one-time measurement adjustment or replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued only where a remake or adjustment is not feasible.
What is not covered
- Returns for change of mind or personal preference
- Returns based on incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items reported outside the 14-day window
EU / UK Customers
We rely on the custom-goods exemption under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK consumer law). By placing an order and submitting your measurements, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply to your made-to-measure item.
