Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know when the refund will be approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Refunds Work

Attileo Leather USA issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

• Is canceled by Attileo Leather USA.
• Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Attileo Leather USA will take 10 days to clear your refund.
