All orders ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx expedited shipping. Your order is custom-made in 3–4 days and delivered directly from our production unit within 6–8 days of your order date.
📏 Made to Order
Every Attileo Leather product is handcrafted and made to measure to your exact body measurements. Because each item is custom-produced to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have entered production and cannot be cancelled because it is made to your individual specifications.
✅ Defective, Incorrect, or Measurement-Mismatch Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the measurements you submitted at the time of order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@attileoleather.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Our primary remedy is a one-time measurement adjustment or replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued only where a remake or adjustment is not feasible.
We rely on the custom-goods exemption under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK consumer law) for made-to-measure items.
